Remembrance Service at Jenny's Wood

At the request of a Wyberton Parish Councillor the Kirton Branch of The Royal British Legion, will again be holding a short service in November. To commemorate and remember the men of Wyberton, who gave their lives in the two world wars and also the men of the 1st Air Landing Light Artillery Regiment RA who were stationed in this area before their final battle for the bridges at Arnhem.

The service will be held at the memorial stones in Jenny’s Wood on Sunday 4th November at 11 o’clock.

All walkers are invited to join us in a short service and a 2 minutes silence to remember those men of Wyberton. — with Roland Reece at Westgate Woods.
