The Boston Woods Trust

Ways you can help the project grow
Volunteer
We are very grateful to all the volunteers who come and help with the day to day care of the woods and park. They can be seen several mornings a week carrying out a range of work i.e. mulching, guarding, pruning trees, planting wild flowers etc. They are always ready to welcome new volunteers. If you would like to find out more please contact Claire Elwood on 01205 723954 or come and have a chat with the current volunteers. We hold occasional meetings on Thursdays at 9am at The Fishermans' Rest Cafe, Westwood Lakes, Five House Lane, Wyberton. Do ask if you would like to be invited to the next meeting.
Become a member
The more members we have the more likely we are going to be successful in securing funding when applying for grants. Organisations that are able to help support our project need to know that it has broad community support. By becoming a member you will help us attract more funding as well as getting regular newsletters and knowing you are helping to build a better Boston.
