Completion of improvements at Grange Wood, Fenside Road

If you have not visited Grange Wood recently you will surprised at the difference made by extensive pruning and clearing of dense growth, followed by provision of new wider, all weather paths around and through the woods. This has been facilitated by a generous grant from LEADER Wash Fens. The new path through the centre of the Wood continues out to the north entrance, from which it is a short walk along Fenside Road (a country lane at this point) to Pioneer Wood and the rest of Beech Wood.
